What is your why?
As we celebrate Marietta College Founders Day (and Valentine's Day) with our annual Day of Giving, we're also celebrating all of the reasons we give back. We're looking for 1,200 alumni, parents, faculty, staff, students and friends to show why #MCGives by making a gift of any size on February 14, 2024.
Invest in what's closest to your heart, challenge your friends, and help your class, Greek chapter or athletic team compete for special prizes underwritten by The Long Blue Line. (Make sure you select those affinities during check out so you can see your gift reflected on our leaderboards) You can even offer a match or challenge yourself to inspire others!
While we'll report on our final results tomorrow, one thing's for sure: we've never seen an outpouring of love like this!
Together we shattered the previous Day of Giving record of $283,595, with givers from all over the world and almost every state in the country. Our donations will create new opportunities for students and ensure the things we love the most continue to thrive on our campus as we bring Marietta Forward.

It's our final hour, and Trustee Jack Hopkins '65 has offered a special challenge: If we raise another $10,000 for our students before midnight, Jack will make an additional $2,000 donation.

Pioneers give back in many ways, sharing their time, talent, and treasure with our community. Leading the charge is the Marietta College Alumni Association Council, and today they're extending their generosity by making an additional $100 gift, up to $5,000 when you contribute before 2 p.m.
