Vital Theatre Upgrades

Our Musical Theatre program is bigger than ever, growing, and attracting students, which means we need your help to raise $6,000 to upgrade our wireless microphone technology. Your gifts will go towards updating our outdated, wireless body mics, accessories for improved operational experiences, and an investment in long-range, directional antennas, all in support of our popular theatre productions.

With your help, the Theatre at Marietta College will:

Replace the worn microphone elements which are the cables that connect to the wireless transmitters;
Upgrade the accessories for the microphones, including over ear mounts to better protect the equipment, and microphone belts to hold the transmitters, both giving the actors a more professional experience;
Purchase long-range antennas for longer pick-up range and less interference for outdoor events.
