One Westminster Day is Westminster University’s annual giving day, bringing together alumni, parents, students, faculty, staff, and friends for 24 hours of collective impact. On Thursday, March 5, our community will come together to support the people and programs that make Westminster distinctive.
This year, we celebrate the hallmarks of a Westminster education, the moment and experiences that define life at Westminster. Inspired by Hallmark-style storytelling, we’re focusing on the people and connections that shape our students’ lives, including belonging, mentorship, discovery, learning by doing, integrated wellness, access and opportunity, leadership, and purpose.
Gifts made on One Westminster Day provide immediate support to students and the programs they rely on. Every gift to any area you care about makes an impact, and participation matters. When our community gives together, it shows what’s possible.

We're excited to announce our final ⚡Power Hour⚡ of the day! Board of Trustees Chair Preston Chiaro has put up $4,000 to match all gifts up to $250 until funds run out!

On Tuesday, March 3, we are hosting a screening of Home Turf, a college campus–based romance filmed on campus in 2025.
This special screening is part of One Westminster Day, our annual day of giving, and offers alumni and friends an opportunity to celebrate Westminster while supporting the students and programs that make our community thrive.
Location: Gillmor Hall
Reception with Heavy Appetizers: 3:30–6:30 p.m.
Film Screening: 6:30–8:00 p.m.
We look forward to welcoming Westminster alumni and friends for an afternoon and evening of connection, conversation, and celebration.
Join us on Thursday, March 5, in the Shaw Student Center for the Project Partner Showcase. Connect with project partners, students, and members of our advancement team as you experience the energy and impact of One Westminster Day firsthand.
As part of the celebration, students are invited to participate in a campuswide scavenger hunt, collecting toy ducks to redeem for “Duck Bucks.” These Duck Bucks can then be directed as gifts to the project of their choice—giving students a fun, hands-on way to engage in philanthropy and support the programs that matter most to them.
