Gifts to Undergraduate Studies contribute to...

Undergraduate Studies at MSU Denver creates transformative learning experiences that extend far beyond the classroom—helping students explore the world, engage with their communities, and apply their education in meaningful ways. These programs remove barriers to opportunity and encourage students to grow as leaders, global citizens, and scholars. Support on Day of Giving helps ensure all Roadrunners can access high-impact experiences that shape their academic journeys and future careers.
This year’s featured Undergraduate Studies projects include:
- Help Roadrunners Fly – Provides critical funding to help students cover travel costs for academic, professional, and experiential learning opportunities.
- One World One Water – Promotes global awareness and sustainability through interdisciplinary learning and engagement around water and environmental issues.
- Civic Engagement Center – Supports student involvement in civic life, voter engagement, and community partnerships that strengthen leadership and democratic participation.
- Alternative Breaks: Guatemala Trip – Offers students an immersive service-learning experience that fosters cultural understanding, reflection, and global citizenship.
- Honors Program – Supports academically curious and motivated students through enriched coursework, research, and travel opportunities tied to senior thesis and scholarly presentation experiences.
- Undergraduate Research – Expands access to faculty-mentored research and creative projects, helping students develop critical thinking skills and share their work through conferences and public presentations.
Together, these initiatives reflect the heart of Undergraduate Studies—opening doors, expanding perspectives, and empowering MSU Denver students to learn by doing.
