Voter Education & Civic Engagement
At MSU Denver, our Civic Ambassador and Civic Education programs are central to our mission of fostering lifelong engagement in our democracy. Through class visits, nonpartisan educational events, and campus outreach, our civic ambassadors help peers navigate the voting process, understand ballot issues through a non-partisan lens, and see themselves as agents of change in local, state, national elections. These efforts not only increase voter participation but also cultivate informed, empowered citizens who contribute to vibrant civic life on and beyond campus.
This day of giving, your support will directly fund students serving as civic ambassadors, as well as essential educational materials like mini-constitutions and community-building events that make civic learning accessible and engaging. Investing in these resources helps ensure that more students have the knowledge and tools to exercise their rights, engage thoughtfully with issues that affect their lives, and lead with purpose in their communities.
