Student Support Services

About

Creighton Prep offers a robust student services program, fostering academic success, post-secondary exploration, college application guidance and social-emotional support.

This comprehensive hub of support helps students succeed in the classroom, navigate the processes of college admissions and, first and foremost, achieve personal well-being.

By making a gift to Student Support Services or any of its affiliated programs listed below, you are helping us live our core Jesuit value of caring for the whole person — mind, body and soul.

  • Each school counselor supports approximately 200 students in grades 9-12.
  • Our student support specialist was able to provide over 3,900 items with non-tuition support. This would be things like belts, shirts, shoes, pencils, calculators, stylists for the iPad and much, much more.
  • This year, our mental health practitioner will continue to offer walk-in hours after school for students who may need assistance, but do not have time during the day.
  • The class of 2026 collectively received acceptances from 137 different colleges and universities representing 38 states and the District of Columbia.
    • Ninety-seven percent of graduates pursued a post-secondary education, with 230 graduates attending a four-year college or university and 18 attending a two-year college or trade school. Sixty-five percent are attending a postsecondary institution in Nebraska.
    • This fall, 61 graduates are attending a Jesuit institution, and an additional three graduates are at a Catholic college or university.
    • Over $29.5 million in scholarships were offered to the class of 2026.
    • 88% of graduates received at least one scholarship, and 31% of graduates received at least one full-tuition scholarship, including 17 graduates who received the Susan T. Buffett Scholarship, 32 who received the UNO Regent’s Scholarship, 14 who received the UNL Regent’s or Presidential Scholarship, and 8 who received the Creighton University Grit Scholarship.
