Mental Health Services:
The health and well-being of our 1,000+ students is our number one priority.

Today’s students face an ever-growing range of challenges and stressors. We must be there for them — not only to help them reach their full academic potential, but also to ensure that they thrive personally and spiritually. That’s why our mental health therapist, Kevin Kaminski, LIMHP, is available year-round, providing consistent care and support whenever our students need it.

Your support of Prep’s mental health services will allow us to continue caring for our students in all the ways they need. A gift to this fund will support individual therapy sessions, support/ therapy groups, substance use assessments and more.

• 1,124 individual therapy/group sessions were provided during the 2025-2026 academic year.
• 0ver 105 unique clients seen
• During that time, Prep families saved over $170,000 through this program.

HOPE Squad:
Hope Squad is Prep’s program dedicated to mental health and suicide prevention, intervention and postvention.

Led by students with the support of our full time mental health therapist, Kevin Kaminski, LIHMP, and counseling staff member Jeff Wellwood ‘98, Hope Squad’s goal is simple but profound: to foster human connection, community and, above all, hope and safety for the 1,000+ students who call Prep home.
