Twardowski Career Development Center

The Twardowski Career Development Center (TCDC) is the bridge connecting students and alumni to the professional world, introducing them to who they can become.  We provide assistance, encouragement, and resources in the areas of major and career exploration, job, internship, and grad school search strategy, resume, cover letter, and LinkedIn profile reviews, interview preparation, and networking.  We are also the retail location for the Career Closet, where students have access to career clothing at no cost.

The TCDC centers its services around being visible, approachable, and inclusive, giving all students and alumni access to the knowledge, experiences, and networks that they need to launch into their first or next professional endeavor.

Your support will help the TCDC invest in platforms that give students and alumni a competitive advantage in the job market, and help the TCDC staff scale services, like resume reviews and video mock interviews, to all students and alumni. It will also help us grow the Career Ambassador program, providing a robust, high-impact experience for students in the program, as well as support to other students on campus who interact with the Career Ambassadors. Technology that democratizes access to knowledge, experiences, and networks, and Career Ambassadors that impact the peer to peer experience, both help the TCDC achieve their goals of being visible, approachable, and inclusive for all students and alumni.
