"Giving Day + March Mania has been such an exciting time for our program and the department. It is a great way for the alumni to rally around each program and the support that our cross country and track & field alumni have shown has been greatly appreciated. With bigger and better recruiting efforts, we have been able to field more competitive teams in the Patriot League and have advanced athletes into the postseason solely because of the support of our passionate and caring alumni community. We thank you all for everything you do for our program!

The University provided operating budget allows us to field a team and function as a varsity sport within the Patriot League. However, in order to consistently compete for championships, we rely on incremental financial support from alumni and friends. Donations to Lehigh Cross Country and Track & Field go directly to supporting our operating budget, and are used to augment recruiting, travel, out-of-season scheduling, and equipment & gear costs that exceed the university budget allotment. Additionally, donations also help us meet our own unique annual fundraising priorities that, when provided, enhance our chances of competitive success and deliver an even more memorable student-athlete experience.
