📣A message from Coach Costas ~

"The support to our program through Giving Day + March Mania directly elevates the student-athlete experience, and connects our current rowers with the history and community surrounding the team. This year, to celebrate our 35th year as a program, we are excited to be holding a 35k/35 years Ergathon to commemorate the milestone. Two-person teams will race the distance, with two of our captains, Catherine Hillow '25 and Derek Hammerstone '25, broadcasting the event and narrating highlights from the corresponding years as the teams travel through the "Ks". The team has been enthusiastic in researching the history of our program, and we encourage alumni and friends to reach out with highlights or stories they would like to be shared during the stream. Support for the program from alumni, friends, and family allows us to elevate student-athlete experience with increased investment in expert coaches, performance technology, and off campus training trips. We are incredibly grateful to our supporters who have continued the tradition of a championship experience at Lehigh. Optimistic that we can "make a move" up the Giving Day + March Mania leaderboard this year!"

💰Your gift supports -

The University provided operating budget allows us to field a team and function as a varsity sport within the Patriot League. However, in order to consistently compete for championships, we rely on incremental financial support from alumni and friends. Donations to Lehigh Rowing go directly to supporting our operating budget, and are used to augment recruiting, travel, out-of-season scheduling, and equipment & gear costs that exceed the university budget allotment. Additionally, donations also help us meet our own unique annual fundraising priorities that, when provided, enhance our chances of competitive success and deliver an even more memorable student-athlete experience.
