About

It’s Johns Hopkins University’s 150th anniversary year! To celebrate this special edition of ONEHopkins, support the School of Education.

The School of Education is nationally recognized for preparing world‑class educators, counselors, researchers, and leaders who are dedicated to improving lives. As a research‑intensive graduate school, we ask bold questions, develop data‑driven solutions, and equip our students to transform education and mental health systems in Baltimore and around the world.

Our students are committed to serving children, families, and communities. But even the most dedicated students can face unexpected challenges—housing instability, transportation setbacks, medical emergencies, or safety concerns—that can derail their academic progress.

That’s why we created the Student Emergency Fund: to ensure that when life happens, students have immediate support that keeps them moving forward personally and academically. Today, you can play a vital role in a student’s journey—and in the future of education itself.

When you give to the School of Education, your gift will be matched dollar-for-dollar! And because this is a landmark year, we’re offering special sesquicentennial incentives: for your gift of $35 or more, you’ll receive a limited‑edition Hopkins backpack as a token of our appreciation.

And for the first time ever, you can choose to upgrade your gift to $150 and earn a special “Sesquicentennial Bundle”—which includes the backpack, a vintage-style JHU pennant, a debossed journal, and a JHU 150 pin.*

With countless causes to support, your gift today directly strengthens ONEHopkins by empowering students whose work will shape stronger, healthier, more hopeful futures for all of us.

THANK YOU for partnering with us and for investing in a better future.

*Please see FAQ section for details regarding items. Your gift is tax-deductible, less the fair market value of the item(s), should you choose to receive them.
