During Maize & Blue Daize, gifts to the Alumni Annual Fund will be matched!
- Alumni gifts received online, by phone, or by mail by April 10 are eligible to be matched dollar-for-dollar (up to $1,000) while challenge funds are available (matching pool = $200,000).
- Gifts sent by mail must arrive by April 10 to count for the match.
- New recurring gifts (monthly or yearly) are eligible for matching funds, but installments of previously established recurring gifts that process from April 4–10 will not unlock challenge funds.
- If you wish to make a non-cash gift, please contact the Alumni Annual Fund Office at aaf@carleton.edu to ensure it's counted for the match.
Our third-annual Maize & Blue Daize was a big success—both on campus and beyond. Whether you sent a Virtual Friday Flower, attended Worldwide Coffee with Carls, joined us at the Alumni/Student Mixer, or helped us exceed 1866 donors, we're grateful for your participation.
Together, we unlocked more than $200,000 of matching funds and raised more than $1.075 million for Carleton’s students. That’s the equivalent of…
- Full year grant aid packages for 15 students, plus
- A year of Convo speakers, plus
- 100 new books in Gould Library, plus
- 200 new eBook subscriptions in Gould Library, plus
- 12 Multicultural Alumni Network (MCAN) Fellows stipends, plus
- 10 Curricular Innovation Grants for faculty members, plus
- 10 Student Research Partnerships (SRPs) for students to partner with faculty members on research over the summer, plus
- New uniforms for three athletic teams!
