About

About YU Giving Day: April 2, 2025

Happy Giving Day! An important YU tradition, Giving Day invites students, alumni, parents, faculty, staff and friends to share our school pride and gratitude. It’s a day to give back, inspire others and help fuel the continued growth of our beloved institution.

On April 2, we’ll unite as a community to raise funds for key areas at YU, bringing us closer to the goal of completing Rise Up: The Campaign for 613. This initiative aims to raise $613 million for scholarships, faculty and facilities. Together, we can make it happen!

But that’s not all — there are plenty of exciting ways to amplify our impact. If we hit our participation goals, we’ll unlock additional gifts from a generous group of alumni, parents and supporters. Plus, there are plenty of fun rewards for student callers: snacks, swag and the chance to earn cash prizes for your clubs and sports teams.

We’re thrilled to have you join us for this meaningful day — and to be part of such an inspiring cause!
