Bronco Marching Band 🎺
The Bronco Marching Band is the heartbeat of WMU's campus. We provide the soundtrack for all things Western, whether that be football games in Waldo Stadium, hockey games in Lawson Arena, basketball games in Read Fieldhouse, or any other WMU event. BMB students represent every college and most programs on Western's campuses creating a virtual cross-section of the WMU student body. They rehearse every day in the fall semester so that they are able to be "The Sound of Western" and to perform at the high standard that was set for us by our alumni.
Your support helps the Bronco Marching Band serve as a proud ambassador for Western Michigan University, performing at home and away games, bowl games and community events. Gifts help fund travel opportunities, performances and mentorship experiences where WMU students inspire and connect with the next generation of musicians.
Donor support provides scholarships to returning BMB students as well as helps to maintain and replace essential equipment and instruments, from silver-plated brass instruments to high-tension percussion gear that must perform in demanding conditions. Your investment ensures students have the tools they need to focus on creating a championship sound while representing WMU with pride. 💛🎵
