The Black Faculty and Staff Council (BFSC) works to strengthen the campus climate for Black faculty, staff, alumni, retirees, administrators and students at Western Michigan University. Through events, engagement opportunities and professional development, BFSC helps create a more welcoming and inclusive campus community.
