The mission of Celtic Valor is to raise funds for the SGT. Charles Kitowkski III Memorial Scholarship Fund at the University of Saint Thomas. The SGT Charles Kitowski III Celtic Valor Award is given to any student who has served in the armed forces and possesses the scholastic merit and willingness to continue their education all while exemplifying their core military values and the core values of UST; Goodness, Knowledge, Discipling & Community.
