UMassD Women Lead is an eight-week mentorship experience connecting students with faculty and staff to cultivate bold, confident leadership. Through strengths-based development, guided reflection, skill-building, and meaningful mentorship, participants amplify their voice, clarify their goals, and explore pathways for personal and professional growth. UMassD Women Lead is a community building a powerful network of women who are opening doors, breaking barriers, and redefining leadership for the next generation.
