Our student-athletes require comprehensive support to achieve their full potential. With your generous financial contribution, Stony Brook Athletics and the Women’s Soccer coaching staff can effectively meet these needs by providing holistic support to every member of the team. This includes, but is not limited to, the following areas:

• Locker Room Enhancements: Our ladies spend more time together in our locker room than anywhere else. Upgrades to the facility — for example, in the area of portable AC units — will enhance their experience, their ability to grow as a team and their ability to prepare and achieve success.
• Recruiting: Every team we play in the CAA has great athletes. In order to become champions, we must be able to get out and see high school and club players from all over the country. Identifying and eventually getting them on campus for a first-class official visit is vital to beating out our CAA competitors on the recruiting trail.
• Training and Player Equipment: Investments in how we train and prepare throughout the year and what we are able to outfit our athletes with for practice, training sessions and games all lead to better results.
• Player Experience: So much of what goes into team success takes place away from the soccer pitch. The nutrition we can provide, the team bonding experiences we can create and everything in between all add up to creating a winning culture.
