Our student-athletes require comprehensive support to achieve their full potential. With your generous financial contribution, Stony Brook Athletics and the Men’s Basketball coaching staff can effectively meet these needs by providing holistic support to every member of the team. This includes, but is not limited to, the following areas:

• Film Room and Technology Upgrades: We need new chairs, graphics and video-related technology to continue to prepare and develop our players at an elite level.
• Team Bonding and Cultural Experiences: Team outings create chances for our players and staff to grow closer and build meaningful bonds off the court. Excursions to Topgolf, paintball, laser tag, bowling, Knicks games, New York City cultural and educational experiences all foster a championship culture.
• Nutrition/Training Table: Nutrition, both before and after training and competition, is essential to our basketball players’ becoming the best version of themselves athletically and will help sustain them throughout the winter and into March.
• Sports Science/Analytics: GPS trackers for both shooting and athletic performance metrics, shooting machines, etc. afford us the chance to take a cutting-edge approach to daily improvement, injury prevention and increased athletic performance.
• Recruiting / NIL: The changing landscape of Division I basketball requires that we be competitive in providing our players additional benefits and your support in this area can help accomplish that goal.
