The Damian O’Neil Memorial Endowed Scholarship was established in 1994 in memory Southern student, Damian O’Neil. Damien served as a member of the Inter Residence Council as well as intramural sports programs. He had a very positive effect on campus life and his contributions to the university and local community are well recognized by his peers.
The Damian O’Neil Memorial Endowed Scholarship is awarded to a current Football student-athlete in outstanding academic standing.
