Given the challenges of the world today, the work of an Intercultural Center has never been more vital. Our society desperately yearns for more inclusive and transformational dialogue. What we need are real-life superheroes? Super student leaders, armed with facilitation skills, dialogue techniques and a social justice lens. But who will train these superheroes?
The IC will. WE ALREADY DO! At the Intercultural Center, our mission is to give back to the campus community by creating a safe and supportive learning environment that values diversity, builds inclusive community, and promotes cultural competence and social justice.

- Continue centering our programming around student’s interests and the most important social justice issues facing us today
- Ensure that our supercenter is well staffed with super student leaders and well supplied to service the campus community
- Increase our collaborative efforts across departments to address issues on campus and beyond
