Campus Ministry activities reinforce the full human development of each member of our diverse community. Central to this development is formation in faith, which is supported through SJND’s liturgical life, retreats, servant leadership and social justice work, and peer-to-peer ministry opportunities
The Campus Ministry Executive Board (CMEB) is the student group responsible for morning prayer, the planning of liturgies and the 9th and 11th grade retreats, and general peer ministry needs.T
Your support will strengthen the CMEB's in-depth training to prepare themselves for the responsibility and privilege of walking alongside their peers and witnessing their spiritual journeys.

The vintage and treasured SJND varsity jacket I was privileged to sport belonged to the one, the only, the legendary Mr. Phil Gravem!
Mr. Gravem was one of the first lay teachers St. Joseph's hired in 1964. Mr. Aiello being the first. Some of his roles were: social studies department chair, the athletic director, Vice Principal and Dean of Students.
Today, you can always find Mr. Gravem at our school events and on his daily walks here in Alameda.
