Northern Illinois University Libraries seek support for three initiatives:
- Expanding NIU's Academic Support Hub: Support the expanded Learning Commons — now home to tutoring, supplemental instruction, writing support, math assistance, research assistance, and technology help — all in one active hub.
- Creating a secure Graduate Student Commons: Help create a secure Graduate Student Commons designed for focused research and writing. Invest in graduate excellence at NIU.
- Regional History Center: Support archival processing of the Steve Bigolin Collection and other local history materials. Preserve DeKalb County’s stories for future generations.
