Shape the Future of NIU Business Students
At NIU’s College of Business, students are preparing to lead, innovate and make an impact. Philanthropic support helps ensure they have the financial resources, faculty mentorship and meaningful campus experiences needed to succeed.
On Huskies United Day of Giving, donors can support college building initiatives that enhance student engagement, scholarships that expand opportunity, professorships that help sustain outstanding faculty and departmental priorities that advance hands-on learning.
This year, gifts to the Dean’s Excellence Fund will focus on creating new student engagement spaces throughout the College. These welcoming areas with flexible and soft seating will encourage collaboration, networking and connection, helping students stay on campus and build the relationships that shape their futures.
Donors may also give to Huskies Finish, which provides emergency financial support to students who are close to graduation but facing unexpected financial challenges. These gifts help students overcome last-mile barriers and reach the finish line.
Every gift strengthens the student experience and helps NIU business students cross the stage ready to lead.

You have one extra hour to make your gift to Northern during our “Forward Hour".
The Forward Campaign Committee wants to see the NIU family come together for Huskies United in the final push. When 50 donors make a gift during the last hour, a gift of $5,000 will be unlocked into our totals to support students and programs through the Northern Fund.
