HRTM students have earned prestigious awards and secured scholarships to attend conferences crucial for their professional development. NMSU’s program stands out as the sole provider of bachelor’s and master’s degrees and minor programs in HRTM within the state.

Notable initiatives within the program, such as the Wine Academy and the 100 West Café, provide students with hands-on learning experiences. In addition to rigorous coursework, students complete a 400-hour internship, ensuring they gain practical experience essential for their future endeavors.
