Grow With Us: Support the Tiny Aggie Gardeners
Nestled within Myrna’s Children’s Village at NMSU, the Tiny Aggie Gardeners project is a vibrant, hands-on learning space where curiosity blooms and young minds thrive. Born from a visionary collaboration across disciplines—and initially funded in part by Senator Martin Heinrich—this unique garden is more than just a green space. It’s a living classroom.
Our garden features sensory paths, an outdoor amphitheater, locally sourced natural elements, raised garden beds, a music wall, a water play zone, and even a little lending library—all thoughtfully designed to nurture exploration and creativity in toddlers and pre-K children.
But the learning doesn't stop with the little ones.
Undergraduate and graduate students from the Colleges of HEST, Art, and ACES gain invaluable hands-on experience as they help manage and maintain the garden, witnessing the real-world power of integrated education and play.
Your support can help us keep this magical space thriving.
With your gift, you’ll help us:
🌱 Maintain and enhance the garden for future generations of young Aggies
🎓 Provide meaningful, real-world learning opportunities for student teachers, artists, and ACES
💚 Foster a love of nature, learning, and creativity in the youngest members of our community
Plant the seeds of growth—give today, and grow the future with us!
