Orange & Black Give Back: A Week of Giving is Mercer’s online-based fundraising event to increase awareness and donor participation for the School of Engineering.
This year, we are celebrating the great work of Dr. Laura Lackey who will complete her eight-year tenure as Dean on May 31, 2026. Dr. Lackey has served as a faculty member in the School of Engineering since 1998 and has impacted the lives of thousands of Mercer Engineering alumni. Laura has served as Department Chair of Environmental Engineering, Associate Dean, Senior Associate Dean, Interim Dean, and Dean. She leaves an indelible mark on the Mercer School of Engineering.
