Give to Macalester Day is here! This special time is dedicated to giving back to the Macalester community, and we’re reaching out to ask for your support.
The Clementines, Mac’s women’s club soccer team, was founded in Spring 2024 by our captain, Felicia Winfrey ‘25, who saw a need for a welcoming and competitive space for women and gender-inclusive players who love the game. Since then, we’ve made HISTORY—playing our first-ever game against St. Olaf (read about it HERE!)—and we are now an official club sport at Macalester!
With your generosity, you can help us in these early years as a club sport, ensuring that our team has the resources to grow, compete, and thrive. We’ve worked hard to keep our team accessible to all players with no cost to participate, and your donation will have a groundbreaking (or turf-breaking!) impact for years to come. Help us peel off toward a bright future!

🍊 $7 – Soccer socks
🍊 $15 – Shin guards (to protect our players on the field)
🍊 $35 – One soccer ball (because you can’t play without them!)
🍊 $60 – One player’s jersey
🍊 $80 – Goalie gloves
🍊 $100 – Additional goalie gear
🍊 $500 – A full team set of 12 soccer balls
🍊 $1,500 – A full team set of jerseys
