Macalester Lacrosse is a club sport dedicated to teaching and playing the game in a fun, supportive environment. We're now in our second year competing in the Division I North Central Women's Lacrosse League and, stronger than ever in both numbers and skills, we have our sights set on achieving varsity status in the (hopefully near!) future.
Thanks to your generosity last year, we were able to purchase new uniforms and upgrade to better sticks for players who had outgrown their starter gear. This season, your support will help cover transportation to away games, league and tournament fees, and one of our most important goals: making lacrosse more accessible. As our program continues to grow, so do the needs of our players — and your donations help us reduce the financial barriers that can come with participating.
Beyond funding our season, your contribution also helps us demonstrate the strength and legitimacy of our program to Macalester Athletics and the wider campus community as we work toward becoming a varsity sport.
