On Giving Day, we ask that you donate to the Graduate Student Emergency Fund which is depleted.
Thanks to your generosity in the past, the Graduate Life Office was able to establish this fund. In that time, we were able to help 34 students with $500 grants when they experienced an unexpected expense.
We’ve helped with extra costs due to pregnancy complications, a vandalized car, and a dead laptop, to name a few.
Most grad students can make it month to month if there are no unpleasant surprises. Please help us replenish the fund so we can offer this support once again so that they can continue their studies with a calmer mind.
