Supporting this fund will aid the Dean in further advancing the mission of the College through the College’s strategic plan:

• Growing our student education and experience opportunities - continuously improving and creating impactful programs for our undergraduate and graduate students, empowering them to make a lasting impact on health equity in their time at the College and in their careers
• Investing in faculty research - developing distinctive and impactful areas of research that address the needs of specific populations, keeping community and technology at the forefront of our work
• Developing partnerships - partnering both within and beyond Lehigh to enhance both our student education and faculty research initiatives
