Gaels Giving Day is Iona University’s annual day of giving, a 24-hour event for the entire Iona community to come together and make a gift of any size to the designation of their choice. Once again, Gael Nation is encouraged to rally around Iona's student-athletes to drive critical support for the advancement and sustainability of the Maroon & Gold.

The unwavering support of Gael Nation allows us to provide our student-athletes with the resources they need to excel both on the field and in the classroom. In addition to building champions in academics, athletics, in the community and in life, the core values that we instill upon our student-athletes, their coaches, and our staff are: integrity, collective responsibility, a commitment to excellence and a promise to always Fight the Good Fight.

The softball team has had a busy first month of the 2025 season highlighted by winning 3-of-4 games in a weekend series against Central Connecticut State, as well as a victory over Towson at the UNCG Invitational. Your generosity helps support the program in a variety of different ways, including (but not limited to): travel accommodations, recruiting, equipment, apparel, training trips, educational speakers/team-building exercises and much more.
