Campaign Highlights: 

• 🏀 Women’s Basketball met their original goal of $15,000 and have increased their goal to $20,000! They also have an anonymous donor giving $2,000 at 2:00 p.m to help them reach that stretch goal. Join the momentum and share the campaign on your social media!
• 🏀 Men’s Basketball met and exceeded their goal of $11,500. Share their successes on social media.
• 🏃‍♀️ Women’s Cross Country and Track & Field has met their individual goal of 45 donors. Now we need to help the Men’s Cross Country and Track & Field team get 21 more donors to reach their overall goal of 90 donors.
• 🏆  Piper Athletics Association - gifts to the PAA Fund benefit all scholar-athletes and is a great fund to promote or support with an additional gift.

Scholar-athletes' diligence and work ethic enhance the classroom experience for their peers and faculty, and their dedication to their sport exemplifies discipline and fortitude. They show their Piper Power every day.

We are in the final stretch of 2023 Fall Athletics Fundraising Week. Thanks to generous donors, we are close to our overall campaign goal of $85,000!

2023 Fall Athletics Fundraising Week has had many successes so far, but we still need your help to ensure Pipers have everything they need to bring their "A" game to the court and the classroom. 

It takes less than one minute to make an impact! 

1. Simply share your favorite Hamline team’s campaign page on your social media accounts with your networks. 
2. Ask your friends to give and turn their gift into a match. Matching gifts of any level inspire others to make an impact too!
   

Shout-Outs:

• 🏀  Women’s Basketball -  who only has $1,651 in matching funds left and are almost 90% to their goal
• 🏊  Swim and Dive - for unlocking their challenge gift of $250 due to 25 more donors supporting Swim and Dive scholar-athletes
• Inspire others to give, they need 37 donors (of $5 or more) to make their goal - Spread the word  
• 🤸‍♂️  Gymnastics - who reached their stretch goal of $15,000 (up from $11,000) 
• 🏀  Men’s Basketball - is almost 100% to their stretch goal

Some important updates and reminders: 

🏀 Congratulations to the Men’s Basketball Team for reaching their original goal of $7,000! Due to the generosity of Hamline alumni and friends, the Men's Basketball campaign goal is now $11,500!

🏊  The Swim and Dive Team has three loyal donors, John (Jack) Stoltz, Nick Hanlon, and Adam Berg, who will give $250 if, and only if, they get 8 more donors before Friday. Gifts of all sizes make a big impact.

Current opportunities to increase your impact:

Matches Still Available:

• Mary-Clare Johnsen will match $10 per donor up to $50 for the next four donors to the Piper Athletic Association Fund

The Men's Basketball campaign crushed their $7,000 goal in the first two days of Fall Athletics Fundraising Week!

Due to the generosity of Hamline alumni and friends, the Men's Basketball campaign goal is now $11,500!

Gifts help fund the cost our trip to Daytona Beach this season, where we are excited to be playing two non-conference games. Your gift will help us to continue to provide a top-notch experience for each of our scholar-athletes, and help us reach new heights academically and athletically.

Your gift fueled Piper Power, we are on our way to reach our goal of $85,000 to support Hamline scholar-athletes! But there is still work to be done. 

Piper athletic teams are only able to have rewarding opportunities and experiences due to donor support. Your gift helps us maintain quality, high-performing programs, recruit new scholar-athletes, fund critical training trips, enhance equipment and resources, and more. Thank you!! 

Due to your generosity, two teams are above 80% towards their fundraising goals, four matching gift challenges are complete turning $6,280 into $11,280, AND we’re more than 30% of the way to our overall campaign dollar goal!

Also, the Gymnastics campaign is almost to their $11,000 goal! Due to the generosity of Hamline alumni and friends, the Gymnastics campaign goal is increasing to $15,000! Gifts help fund the cost of travel to the annual NCGA National Championships and to the every-other-year Fun Meet, home competition video scoreboard display, competition leotards, and ongoing facility improvements & equipment upgrades.
