The Residence Life Fund supports student engagement, safety, and leadership development within the Office of Residence Life. Through this fund, Resident Assistants are equipped with the tools, training, and resources they need to create vibrant, welcoming communities in every residence hall.

Resident Assistants are often the first friendly face a student meets on move-in day and the steady presence who supports them throughout the year. Your gift helps strengthen their visibility (including staff uniforms), professionalism, and leadership development so they can confidently serve as mentors, role models, and community builders.

Support from this fund may provide resources for community-building programs, leadership initiatives, safety enhancements, staff development opportunities, and experiences that make residential living meaningful and memorable.
