Extra Mile Education Foundation supports urban parochial elementary schools located in Pittsburgh neighborhoods. Students, who are at or below the poverty line, of various faith backgrounds, and predominantly African American, obtain an exceptional education in an environment of safety and respect that serves as a strong foundation for their lives.
