The Class of 2026 Golf Travel Fund
***Special Opportunity - Thanks to the College's Million Dollar Match initiative, once we reach $25,000 raised for our endowment, it will be matched dollar for dollar, to double its impact on our golfers.***
At Elizabethtown College, the men’s and women’s golf programs are committed to developing student-athletes who excel competitively while growing as leaders, teammates, and problem-solvers. One of the most impactful experiences in that development is the annual spring break training trip — a cornerstone of preparation for the championship segment of the season.
Establishing the Class of 2026 Golf Trip Fund will provide sustainable, long-term support for this experience, ensuring that every student-athlete has access to high-quality preparation without financial barriers. Endowment support helps cover travel, lodging, practice facilities, and competitive rounds, allowing our teams to focus on growth and performance. Why the Spring Break Trip Matters
⛳ Leadership & Planning – Student-athletes are involved in planning travel logistics and managing budgets, gaining valuable life skills that extend well beyond the golf course.
⛳ Team Building – A journey together fosters connection, communication, and trust, strengthening team chemistry ahead of competition.
⛳ Competitive Exposure – Multiple rounds of golf on different courses introduce players to varied course architecture and playing conditions, sharpening strategic decision-making.
⛳ Season-Ready Training – Warmer weather allows athletes to play full golf courses rather than relying on simulators, better preparing them for the conditions they will face during the regular season.
⛳ Skill Development – Extended daylight provides additional time at the driving range and on chipping and putting greens, accelerating technical growth.
⛳ Early-Season Momentum – The trip builds confidence and competitive rhythm, helping our teams enter March competition prepared and focused. A Lasting Impact
By contributing to the Class of 2026 Golf Travel Fund on Power of One Day, you are making a lasting investment in the holistic development of our student-athletes. Your support ensures that future generations of Blue Jay golfers benefit from the preparation, camaraderie, and confidence that define this experience.
Together, we can sustain a tradition that prepares our men’s and women’s golf programs for success—on the course, in the classroom, and in life.
