De La Salle Giving Week | Wrestling

Wrestling is a character building activity and members of the De La Salle coaching staff foster a challenging and safe learning environment, emphasizing self-reliance, and self-confidence, while developing strong team fellowship. Many of De La Salle High School's coaches are in a unique position as they have wrestled for and graduated from De La Salle High School. This provides them in intimate knowledge of the wrestling program as well as the De la Salle Student-athlete experience, allowing them to better assist the students in becoming well-rounded student athletes. The staff also maintains a high level of coaching and wrestling experience having competed in and coached wrestlers at Olympic, NCAA, national, regional, and state championship events.
