About

At BSC, Religion majors study how different cultures have put together the religious worlds in which people live. They have the opportunity to learn more about local and global religious traditions, the spiritual dimensions of human experience, and the place of religion in culture and society.

“My classmates asked themselves the big questions: ‘Who am I? How is my vocation going to have a purpose?’ They displayed integrity in the way they challenged themselves to be more compassionate, more creative. That environment was really helpful. When you’re surrounded by people like that, iron sharpens iron.” – Evan Milligan ’03, Religion, Law fellow with the Equal Justice Initiative (EJI)
