Volleyball

Our Volleyball team exemplifies our theme of boldly rooted and firmly rising by living out the core values of our program: identity, honor, wisdom, and excellence. Every day in our gym, we ask the question, "Who are we becoming?" We believe God has designed us to work and live in a certain way, and when we live into that design, it communicates the truth of God to others and changes us to become more at home in His kingdom.

Remaining rooted in our faith in Christ enables us to rise with boldness, confident in what He has in store for us. One of our goals is to become the best volleyball players we can be and win national championships. But our greatest goal is to keep becoming more like Christ, so these young women would be prepared for the work He has in store for them when they graduate.

This season, your gift during Athletics Week of Giving will help us fund expenses like listed below:

• A new net system and pole pads
• AI statistical analysis program to help us keep bench stats in practices and matches.
• Student Athlete Scholarships
• Travel expenses for preseason away tournaments (last year we were able to go to Alaska because of the generosity of our supporters)
• Team bonding experiences (such as our trip to the Alaska Wildlife Conservation Center)
• Expenses to recruiting events across the nation (flights, hotels, food)

Please consider joining us by supporting with a gift (min. $10). Each dollar donated this week will go towards to specific goals of our program and support the whole-person development that is paramount to our Biola Athletics experience.
