1000 Donors in One Day
Davidson Academy Family -- we have been challenged! A Davidson Academy supporter has pledged $8,000 to DA if 1000 people will give today -- 11/6/2025. We are asking all DA alumni, parents, students, friends, faculty, and staff to help us reach our goal by making a gift of any size.

Hello DA Community!
I hope that you had an amazing Thanksgiving and enjoyed the family time as much as I did. What a wonderful time of year this is. Praise God for the success of our 2025 Giving Day! Thank you so much for your participation, excitement, and generosity. This day was a huge success because of you.
Our total for the day was $297,277 and we had OVER 1100 donors, which exceeded our goal of 1000 donors. These gifts went directly to our Annual Fund which will be used for multiple projects around campus including our High School hallways project, WiFi upgrades in our preschool, a new bus, support of the Fine Arts, teacher compensation, our newly established Endowment, and several other projects. Not only will you hear about what a difference your donations make – you will also SEE differences all around our campus.
The challenges, matches, and class competitions made it very exciting for our students. We had the leaderboards up on school screens all day long, and the competitive spirit of our students was contagious. We will honor those winners during our Giving Day Celebration Week in January. They appreciate your kindness as much as I do, and many of them brought in money from their own piggy banks to show their love for DA – a touching sentiment we did not expect. Thank you for encouraging them, and for adding to their excitement.
We truly could not have had a better outcome for Giving Day. I hope you know how grateful we are, and how much we appreciate your continued support. May the Lord bless you during this Christmas Season.
