About

Happy Daisy Day! Around the world, the entire Bryn Mawr community will wear gold, white, and -of course– daisies to share our school pride and gratitude, be of service to Bryn Mawr and inspire others.

On campus, students and teachers in each division, from Little School to Upper School, will engage in special service projects and festivities. Beyond Bryn Mawr, we invite our whole community to join in the celebration.

How can you participate?

  • Make your gift to The Fund for Bryn Mawr and support an area that is most inspiring to you or honor your favorite teacher or coach. From financial aid to faculty support to arts and athletics, there are many ways to make a difference for Bryn Mawr students, teachers, and programs!
  • Make an impact by encouraging your classmates, family, and friends to support Daisy Day 2021 as a Daisy Day advocate!
  • Sport your daisy and spirit attire, download these fun Daisy Day glasses, snap a photo, and upload to social media with the hashtag #DaisyDay2021.
  • Call or Zoom a classmate, fellow parent, family member, or friend and wish them a "Happy Daisy Day!"

Daisy Day Update!

We are feeling inspired after a Daisy Day 2021 celebration that surpassed our goals and expectations. Around the world, the Bryn Mawr community came together to support the school through philanthropy, service and spirit. Together, we raised a transformative $89,406 that will go a long way to support our students and teachers in this most extraordinary year.

While students participated in meaningful service projects on campus, alumnae, parents and friends shared photos of themselves decked out in daisies and connected to each other on the phone, email or Zoom. For us, Daisy Day is all about supporting the things we care about—local organizations, neighbors in need, or our very own Bryn Mawr classmates and friends. We’re grateful to everyone who participated and made it so special.

During our Daisy Day assembly, Head of School Sue Sadler said, “I hope that Daisy Day becomes a day of significance in your life — a time each year that you’ll feel connected to the school and the entire Bryn Mawr sisterhood and network that are with you for life!” We look forward to celebrating this Daisy Day tradition with you for years to come. Thank you for all that your generous support makes possible here at Bryn Mawr.
