Gifts to Theology for Teachers contribute to...
Since 2016, the Jack & Mary Jane Breen Chair in Catholic Theology has hosted an annual day-long workshop for Catholic high school theology teachers. Since then, over 380 teachers from 135 schools around the country have participated in a Theology for Teachers workshop. As the only professional development day in the region dedicated to the specific challenges and graces of teaching the Catholic faith to high school students, Theology for Teachers is one concrete way in which John Carroll University serves the church of Cleveland and beyond.
Support received from today's Day of Giving will help defray costs associated with this annual event, giving more teachers the opportunity to attend.
