What is Family Weekend?
Family Weekend is one of Scripps’ most popular and longstanding events. Families of current students are invited to attend a full weekend of activities showcasing some of the best academic and co-curricular programs the College has to offer. Family members can participate in two and a half days of activities, including behind-the-scenes campus tours, student and faculty performances, student research exhibits, and more.
Join the Family Weekend Challenge
An anonymous donor has generously pledged $14,000 for a 1:1 matching challenge to fund paid student internships. Our goal is to raise at least $28,000, which will provide up to 14 additional internships, broadening horizons and opening doors for Scripps College students.
Whether or not you are attending Family Weekend 2024, you can actively support current students by taking part in the Family Weekend Challenge. With your support, we believe we can make a significant impact on the lives of our students.
