It is the goal of the founding donors to encourage others to give to this fund in the hope that, should it reach the sufficient minimum under Yale’s policies through additional gifts, it will be converted to a visiting or full professorship with Yale’s approval. Should the minimum be met, the future holder(s) will be referred to as the Heather K. Gerken Professor of Law.
The Heather K. Gerken Fund will be a catalyst for the future, empowering the next generation of leaders, thinkers and legal advocates at Yale Law School and beyond.
