Your gift will help this peer tutoring service assist undergrad and grad student writers to be the best writers that they can be! The Writing Center offers one-on-one conversations between tutor and writer, assisting writers in learning how to identify their own particular writing strengths and weaknesses and to develop or improve their self-editing strategies while they improve their projects. The WC also offers classroom support to faculty through peer review visits, workshops, and writing groups.
Your donation will support one-on-one tutorial sessions, as well as classroom support on writing projects. Writing is one of the most fundamental skills, in all disciplines. As the university continues to grow and expand, so too does the need for our services.
