We, in Residence Life, strongly believe in the value of residential communities supporting the academic and social goals of students. Many Xavier alums met their life-long friends (and even some partners) in a residential community at Xavier. University research shows students who live on-campus at Xavier have higher GPAs, are more involved on campus, and are more likely to be retained and graduate from Xavier. Your donation will support the staff members who help to create the experiences which lead to vibrant living communities for residential students at Xavier.
Your donations will help pay for large scale programs for residents, iPad purchases for each community to assist with administrative tasks and program tracking, an upgraded Hall Director on Duty phone for crisis response, and leadership development and recognition events for RAs. Your valuable assistance goes a long way in providing a positive residential experience!
