The Arrupe Leaders are named in honor of Fr. Pedro Arrupe and his prayer that inspires us to "fall in love." The Arrupe Leaders program takes this idea of "falling in love" and seeks to help students understand the idea of vocation; the combination of values/interests, skills, and world need. The outstanding graduating seniors invited to be Arrupe Leaders have shown us what is means to fall in love through their consistently high-engagement with the campus community so this program aims to give them the opportunity to understand how that can impact their lives beyond Xavier. The program will be centered on the three themes to vocation and include a culminating legacy (capstone) project.
