Matt Greenaway Fund for Experiential Learning

The Matt Greenaway Fund for Experiential Political Learning provides a dedicated source of funding for student participation in presidential campaigns, internships, and other experiential learning opportunities in American Politics – including a student trip to observe the 2028 presidential primaries and caucus

The fund was established by the family and friends of Matthew Greenaway (Xavier '15), a Pittsburgh native and political science graduate who served as a field operative in Iowa during the 2016 presidential campaign. Matt helped guide Xavier students during our snowy presidential caucus trip in 2016 and served as an inspiration for the Xavier student trip to New Hampshire in 2020 and Iowa in 2024.

Your March Gladness donation to the Matt Greenaway Fund will go even farther this year thanks to a generous $2,500 matching grant from the Castagnari Family Foundation.
