Financial security is something that a lot of college students – including Kendall Hall – think about.
Kendall is an Integrated Marketing Communication major at Winthrop currently interning at the York County Cultural and Heritage Museums. She says that the CAS Career Readiness Internship scholarship took away some of those worries. “Since I had to cut a lot of my work hours to meet my internship schedule, I would not have been able to graduate on time without this scholarship.”
And working at the museums has helped Kendall realize a personal goal to serve: “I have always wanted to work in non-profits so that I could give back to my community.”
Do you want to help other CAS students like Kendall realize their goals? If yes… it’s easy: give to the CAS Career Readiness Internship scholarship before BG3 ends at noon today!

Supporting the CAS Career Readiness Fund is an impactful way to support current students in the College of Arts and Sciences. Take Morgan Baxter - a Psychology major who is currently interning at the Children’s Attention Home.
“Last semester, I was working three jobs to support myself and take some financial burden off my parents.” Thanks to the CAS Career Readiness Internship scholarship, Morgan says “I now have more time, energy, and attention to dedicate to my internship.”
Because of this internship, Morgan is gaining valuable real-world skills to apply in the workforce and “this experience has solidified my interest in working with children and adolescents.”
Your gift helps students focus on their future instead of worrying about finances. Give today to make a real difference for a CAS student like Morgan!
