A message from our Inaugural Women’s Flag Football Team at Wingate University Wingate University Flag Football Fans and Supporters - The 2025-2026 season is the inaugural year for our Flag Football program and we are conducting our Champions Campaign to help generate financial support for our team!

Our team has been busy this semester preparing to compete among the nation’s best collegiate flag football programs! We will continue to put our time, effort and focus into such preparations and are very appreciative and thankful of all of our supporters! We very much appreciate any donation amount you are willing to give and want to thank you in advance for your generous help and support of our team and goals!

Needs of Wingate University Women’s Flag Football
Your donation will contribute towards expenses essential for our Flag Football programs Travel-Related Needs, Meals, Gear & Equipment for this fall and upcoming spring season.

Our team in an effort to compete at the highest level will have to travel a lot for our non-conference schedule portion in Year 1. With your help we can continue to advance and improve our Wingate University Women’s Flag Football Program and experience!

• First Season of Varsity Collegiate Flag Football at Wingate University in 2025-2026 (NCAA D2)
• Our program takes tremendous pride in competitive growth and the pursuit of becoming our best-selves! We focus on our daily development and adaptability to overcome challenges and obstacles
• We are striving to be a first-class program in the early stages of NCAA Varsity Collegiate Flag Football
• Competing this Spring 2026 as an affiliate member of NCAA Division II Conference Carolina’s composed of 10 other programs
• Non-conference schedule composed of top teams at the collegiate level to push our team to the highest level of competition present
